The function of the Purchasing Department is to assist City departments in securing quality products and services that will fulfill their needs.

Our team executes specific duties which include the drafting of specifications, procuring sealed bids and obtaining City Council approvals for certain purchases.

All vendors must complete and return a W-9 form prior to doing business with the City of Wyoming. The completed form should be faxed to (616) 249-3486; with Attention to Accounting Department or sent to the City of Wyoming, Accounting Department, 1155 – 28th Street SW, Wyoming, MI  49509.
