How are addresses assigned?
All addresses are assigned as a result of 'Platting' or 'Land Divisions' by the City Assessor's office (616-530-7231). Every attempt is made to ensure that addresses fit into the surrounding neighborhood and that they meet addressing standards necessary for public safety.
