Buying a fully renovated home in Wyoming is easier than you think!

Stop Renting! Start Owning!

For a limited time, the City of Wyoming has homes available at a 20% discount. Monthly payments are about $600.

As a result of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funding, the City of Wyoming is purchasing and renovating homes. When completely renovated, the homes are offered to income qualified families. These properties can be purchased with an 80% first mortgage and a 20%, no interest, no payment, 10 year, fully forgivable second mortgage.

  1. Must be eligible to obtain a pre-approved mortgage letter for the amount of the first mortgage.
  2. Must be willing to complete 8 hours of home owner training.
  3. Must be a US Citizen or legal national.
  4. Must not have unpaid City fines, fees or outstanding accounts.
  5. Must pass a criminal background test.
  6. Must use the new home as your primary residence.
